Keeping — let alone promoting — any coach from last year’s O-line staff was, and still is, completely mind-boggling.

Cole Popovich needs to be fired during the half

The league adjusts… and you have to adjust back.

This is what happens when you dont. Then you hire more people that don’t have that training/background down to do that.

Theres a reason why Andy Reids, Mike Holmgrens, Bill Walsh types coach for 40+ years despite the game “evolving”…. They know what the **** they’re doing.

At this point, if Jon Gruden is allowed to come back into the league, he’d be the only out of work option with pedigree. Given what’s allowed to happen in the government, doesn’t seem like Gruden the racist is all that bad now.

Everybody loved the Demeco return…. Everybody loved the new unis… everybody loved Hannah’s t***…. And now everybody remembers its the same old organization with even worse leadership at the top.

(At least Kubiak/Smith had a clue on some aspects… and Wade Phillips had experience on his side as well…)

You’d rather Cal McNair call on his years of business acumen and wheeling/dealing at the corporate level?

    Oh wait…

Caserio and Ryans need to go. They have failed. The team looks like they aren't buying in to whatever culture they have been trying to build. No real direction at this point.

Can’t exactly blame injuries for this ineptitude either.

And we just lost our best player in Stingley.
