WR screens are not an NFL play call.

 

Wouldn't you take a shot downfield if you got 6-7 yards off a running play on 1st down? Take your shot, if you miss you still got an easy 3rd and 3. I wouldn't run for that 1st down, and expect the defense to eat 3 positive running plays in a row.

 

Yeah hoping the Rox don't let us down. The Texans though are the biggest waste of time in the city. They aren't serious.

 

Look at Trevor changing the play at the line of scrimmage, CJ never does that....ever.

I miss when CJ threw strikes to the receivers

Trevor Lawrence out here NFL quarterbacking. Audibling out of plays and getting good yardage.

 

CJ can't read defenses. Maybe the S2 test scores do mean something.

 

Can’t take your shot when the line can’t hold the edge more than 1 second.

Watch the Jags mediocre o-line… by no means elite, but see how they help each other on key double teams and don’t let the gaps fall apart at the get go.

 

Thought so too. They’ve done him no favors with the coaching staff and OL, but seeing him look lost and out of it after Tank Dell went down rang immediate alarms, and he’s not doing much to change that narrative.

 

When Miami fire Mike McDaniel, I’m sure we will bring him here as a offensive consultant/coordinator.

 

He needs competition - play Mills - see how he responds.

So funny because I thought we were entering a period of success for all teams and now with how the Astros and Texans are playing, I fully expect to be disappointed by the Rockets this year.
