Man, we got our butts kicked, sent our two best pitchers and they scored runs and we didn't. The Hunter Brown loss was the worst; we have to give him support and could not get to their starter. There the better team, tip of the cap to them

Framber is not one of our 2 best pitchers.

This team would still have the division wrapped up if Framber didn’t implode these past two months. All those starts we gave to McCullers over guys like Blubaugh and Alexander as well. That’s what is so frustrating.

Shockingly (to me at least when I looked it up) the Stros were 6-6 in LMJ's starts.

Of course, the offense averaged 5.5 runs/game in 11 starts (not counting the 18-1 soupbone they dropped on the Dodgers)

This Seattle team is very talented and have as good a chance as anyone to win the AL. They have been dominating everyone for a month. That being said, anyone including the Astros can hit a hot streak at the right time and go all the way. It is the way of baseball.

Yeah and one of those was to Seattle after the ASB. It was the game we lost in extras after he gave up 4 runs in only 2.2 innings.

At that point it was well known he was washed - we had no business starting him that series. We almost certainly win that game if Blubaugh or Alexander started and would still have a chance at the tiebreaker by winning tonight.

Well not the way I had hoped. Let's salvage this game and see what we can do to make the playoffs. Maybe some people will get hot at the right time. In past playoffs, we lost to some inferior teams. Maybe we can be that team this year.

It's just one of those things that peeve my pets off, like "ground rule double" instead of "rulebook double", Rule 5 Draft, etc...

Just like I thought earlier in this season…. This team is cooked..

This is like the 99 Houston Rocket with Scottie Pippen…

I am STILL PISSED at Meyers......how the **** after years of baseball do you run on that play......2 steps watch to see if there is a catch and go back - it is LITTLE LEAGUE level stuff.

This team is so unprofessional - they are lazy, they don't do the fundamentals - it is just too GODAMNED LOOSE in that clubhouse.

Espada HAS to go, and all the cancer that has taken over, - you do the LITTLE THINGS right and you increase your chance to win....the Astros are just undisciplined and it is costing them a shot at the postseason.

Hell if anyone on our softball team did that, they would be buying the beers for a month....that is just baseball 101.

He was waived on by the 3rd base coach, it's not his fault.

The team just went on coast mode at all levels from the last man in the bullpen (LMJ) to Jim Crane since the Dodgers sweep

The mariners are a really good team but a win today and they only have a 1 game lead.
Anything can happen in the post season.
    Just get in somehow

I would put McCormick into our 2 best pitchers category above Framber

Tony Perezchica and Dave Clark need to go. Terrible base running mistakes.

I have noticed Tony Perezchica has the most late reaction in looking at outfielder is throwing the ball, Tony Stop or Go Signal is always a late reaction. Terrible at 3B Coach.

Yordan Alvarez running through a stop sign and twisting his ankle ruined the Team.

Players don't trust Tony Perezchica at all, Trust issues to send the player home, getting caught in a rundown. Just horrific to watch.
