I admit that I wasn't onboard with Caserio due to the way he was hired instead of Louis Riddick. After watching Riddick on ESPN talk shows (Get Up) and listening to him call tonight's game, I remain convinced that his hiring was a critical error on the part of the team's ownership.

Obviously not, since his practice squad replacement Jonny Jonhnson or whoever he was had 1 illegal motion penalty on the 1 play I saw him on he field.
He should be a little critical but it's not all on CJ for sure. The running game literally doesn't exist and it looks like Nico is our only reliable WR but...he's gotta be better, he's not picking up blitzes, this is at least half on the OC. If your QB is dropping back and the other team is blitzing that's a bad playcall but he still has to recognize it and throw the ball away. CJ is not a bad QB, you can definitely do A LOT worse, but he's looking more like...well, a Baker Mayfield type of QB and not the generational QB he looked like his first year...which isn't a bad thing, you don't need a generational QB to win. I still do think the talent is there, giving up on him right now would be foolish, he's 23 years old and if we suck and have a top 10 pick that is the perfect time to draft a new LT for him or RB or WR or something and see if that helps him out. He doesn't have much help out there right now. I feel like the biggest issue with the offense is we have no dynamic players outside of Nico Collins....but we knew this going into this year to so that's on the organization.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't we a couple of redzone plays in both games away from being 2-0 instead of 0-2?
Not my point. The Texans are not the absolute s!!tshow that some would lead you to believe. There's 15 more games.

I do wonder if CJ starts to completely regress if they look for a more offensive minded HC I mean like u can’t let that happen. Too many QBs that went to other teams are playing better.
CJ just doesn't read a blitz at all, rarely hits the hot uncovered receiver as he is too busy looking at the rush.....the next time he actually audibles might be the first time ever. And we have too many penalties at crucial times..... Team is also outcoached almost weekly. Not good not good at all. DD
