    One of my favorite Daly stories was from 20 years ago or so: he was trying to quit smoking, so instead of smoking 2 packs a day he was going through 2lbs of peanut M&Ms a day....which is, you know, healthier.

    One of my favorite John Daley stories is when he was stabbed by his then wife.

    She denied stabbing him - but then later another man accused her of stabbing him and she was in jail for hitting someone with a golf club... she also was in jail for other stuff.

    Daley is and always has been "different". Not sure that you will find another guy quite like him. He is a character and it is amazing he is still alive.
