[AP] Conservative activist Charlie Kirk dies after being shot at Utah college event

One more post before i go fishing.

One might question how does Tyler Robinson come to consider Kirk a fascist without being influenced by groups like antifi and such and so on.

There is a path to it and it goes through the groypers and Nick Fuentes once again.

Know that Fuentes considers the Maga movement a fascist movement. He preaches it and in some specific cases Fuentes would call it Jewish fascism..

 

To clarify... This is what I meant by Maga 1.0 vs Maga 2.0.

Fuentes was a Trump supporter since the golden escalator days. Back when the campaign's primary supporters were just a bunch of chuckle****s on reddit posting frog memes and dreaming about a new age of white male cultural dominance.

Then after Trump gained mainstream acceptance, that group got pushed aside and replaced by the Charlie Kirks, Tucker Carlsons, Charles Kochs, and Ben Shapiros of the world.

Fuentes feels like he never got the recognition or acceptance he deserved for bringing Trumpism to the modern Republican party... He sees Kirk occupying such lofty positions of power and influence and he's jealous and bitter about it.

His entire identity for the last 5+ years has been all about trying to harass and depose Kirk for being a fake conservative due to his slightly more tolerant views on gays, immigrants, and women... which he feels is part of why Trump has not delivered on many of his original promises and visions.

Fuentes is a festering cankersore on the ass of the Republican party that never got reckoned with... And it finally popped.

The type of liberal hatred that we are STILL SEEING... just days after the murder of Charlie Kirk... this is a nationwide problem -- driven by emotions and psychological problems that we need to better understand to be able to treat.

 

Instead of being so damned determined to not condemn all violence, and only blame the left, Trump should be condemning Fuentes and his Groupers as a far right extremist and hate filled group with a mentality that is toxic and dangerous in this country. Will he ever do that? My guess is no.

 

Trump would never do that. At least not without making inflammatory statements that could incite violence right after

 

Holy crap. I shouldn’t be surprised but I really did think there was a good chance this one occasion could be someone that might actually not be MAGA but of course I was wrong.

So if MAGA is the hip hop version of political ideologies, Fuentes and Kirk were like Pac and Biggie… or I guess you should say Sug Knight and Combs?? Sort of a turf war for the mindshare in the MAGA universe and influence of Trump. Basically the dumbest version ever of Pac and Biggie.

I assume that while on the surface Trump will lie that it’s the left and use to crack down on free speech, and take more power dictatorially, behind the scenes we should see some maneuvering by Kirk’s people (looks like Kash is one of his closest friends..??) to get back at Fuentes. If Kirk was Kash Patel’s boy then Fuentes better flee the country. Looks like things could get real nasty in MAGA land… while on the surface they you know… strip our rights and crack down into a police state.

 

One would think but it seems as though Trump really doesn’t care based on his comments ignoring an opportunity twice to show human emotions and empathy to redirect the conversation to his stupid ballroom.

Also Trump has ALWAYS greatly enjoyed drama and infighting within his followers/employees. Often he’s the one who starts the drama between two people just so he can see them duke it out and enjoy the show.

As noted I would expect Kash and the FBI to go hard at Fuentes behind the scenes or through a cutout outside of law enforcement. But I suspect Trump will continue to do Trump sh$t and ignore Fuentes and divert to Dems and the “radical left” anytime it’s brought up. He needs Fuentes and the white supremacist arm of the MAGA base and will never abandon them. I mean he is the guy who pardoned all of them just a couple months ago. Would have been easy to leave a couple of the super crazy Stuart Rhodes types in to act like he cares but nope… he knows he needs ALL white supremacist MAGA factions.

 

A more apt comparison is that Fuentes is a largely unknown, struggling black musician living in the Mississippi Delta in the early 20th century, while Kirk is Elvis.

 

Reckoned with? He's an integral part of their coalition. They have never even tried to distanced themselves from this guy.

Yeah, I was surprised how Trump very quickly and easily pivoted from "the lunatic left killed a great man and I mourn the loss of my friend" to "look at the ballroom, isn't it marvelous." I think he could sense the danger that could be presented if the shooter was indeed motivated by extreme right-wing ideas.

I don't think any conclusive evidence has been shared with the public yet, but there seems to be enough to warrant at least an investigation as to whether the killer was influenced by the ideas of Fuentes and groypers. Maybe it will come out during the court trial, despite the potential blowback to Trump.

in under 24h we've gone from a call to arms to exterminate leftists to preaching compassion now the utah gov and kash patel have confirmed the shooter is conservative and from a conservative family.

 

I think he's more scared of losing any of his base than doing the right thing and condemning all these type hate fueled groups, even when they are far right. He also is probably scared of making himself more of a target from the type of extremist weirdos and nutjobs who are part of those groups, especially when they have a huge following.

 

This sounds like another individual who became "lost" growing up.

It is just so irresponsible to keep labeling one person’s actions as those of an entire group.

If he’s indeed part of the MAGA extreme, as awful as that movement can be, it still doesn’t make every member an evil murderer. I haven’t seen that claim here, but we all witness how quickly “all liberals are evil” gets blasted out almost immediately.

The real problem is the divisiveness being pushed by leaders of this nation, Musk included. And sadly, I don’t see the bad actors who thrive on stirring more division, ranging from public figures and politicians to influencers and media talking heads, going away anytime soon.

That extreme level of divisiveness is more dangerous than a rare political killing. It’s poison to our society. This only ends when enough people hate divisiveness itself more than the people they disagree with.

 

As if making a big beautiful White House ballroom fitting for a King is a top priority on any working class American's priority list.
