I think you raise a good point. Most liberals today simply lack the ability to think critically. Everything is emotion and knee jerk reaction... and this really limits their ability to understand the implications of policy. Liberals' emotions do not let them get to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th order effect of a policy -- they are incapable of following through to that place. And so their policy recommendations are poorly constructed and ultimately fail. Mamdani is a great example but there are so many more. Those would would allow illegals to stay in the country... or restrict gun ownership... or raise taxes, or run $2 trillion dollar deficits... The liberal mind just lacks the ability to think strategically and critically. Violence is where they default to out of frustration -- the assassination attempts must be stopped.
