His father has a military, law enforcement background. etc. What are the odds that the shooter is not politically conservative? 10%? What agenda? He's the governor of Utah. If anyone is allowed to be concerned about his state's reputation after this, it's him. He is worried it was one of his constituents/statemen, not upset/disappointed it wasn't a foreigner so he could push some xenophobia.
