Mike Trout is pretty much done as an elite level hitter, injuries or no injuries.

Both the Angels and Mariners seem to have absolutely no issues moving the ghost runner over.

I'm sure he'll find a way to wear us out when we play them. Or Ward or Rengifo...

I think we can all agree the experiment with Lance in the bullpen is a complete failure, the dude is cooked, sure give him the off season to see if he can get it back but how long do we keep trotting him out there knowing he cant compete.................Thanks for the memories, Lance. Hitting Altuve 4th while he is in a slump is just dumb............dumb.........dumb. This team has no leadership, obviously when you're losing you're not having fun and it shows. Sure, I would love to see the guys in the playoffs and see if we can do something and get a few more games to watch but at this point is there any reason to think we dont get more of the same. I am so spoiled as a fan and this sucks

We only have 2 guys other than Yordan who have consistently gotten on base. Pena and Jake

    Pena
    Jake
    Yordan
    Correa
    Yainer
    Altuve
    Sanchez
    Walker
    RF of the day

Espada doesn't have the guts to move Altuve down like that though

Yep. We will score 10 runs tonight, no question. Win.

In Game 2, we got Brown vs Elder. Elder is having a bad year but has turned it on in his last 4 starts, going 2 runs or less getting into the 6th and 7th innings. This game is a coinflip, Hunter has been dominant lately so my money is on him. Win.

Game 3: Framber vs Wentz, who last started against the Mariners in which they get whooped 18-2 (he gave up 8 of those runs). That means 8 shutout innings against us, unfortunately. Stros lose 1-0.

2 of 3 keeps us alive this weekend but we really NEED a sweep. With 15 games left, sense of urgency is there. Time to flip that switch.

Could be 0-4 and a 10+ era 'Stros would still make him look like a cy young candidate lol

    WHY??

WTF is wrong with Hunter Fkn Brown going tonight, should have gone yesterday so he could face BOTH texas and seattle

As it is, if he went tonight he could also go, on regular rest
    Wednesday vs Texas
Tuesday @ West Sacramento (on extra rest still because of the off day)
Sunday, final day of the season, @LAA

But waiting until tomorrow means after tomorrow
    Friday vs Seattle
    Wednesday @ West Sacramento

If we needed him on the final day now instead of regular rest he would have to go on 3 days

This stuff isn't that hard, yet Joe has no freaking clue

Of course i'm talking about the guy who when asked about Jake sitting yesterday said "scheduled day off. getting rest this time of year is the utmost importance"

About to get a lot of rest joe
