Peirce last year had 7.3 ypc. 5.0 ypc taking away his 92 yard run on tanking Titans. 37.7 yards per kick return, had an 80 yard return. Performance and big plays seems decent for a #3 back when healthy. He doesn't seem to have team trust though

Not sure what can be taken out of the Rams game for offensive players. What player even did anything outside of Chubb? Nico sucked, no WR's with good games, Schultz & Stover flashed but didnt impact. Dare a costly fumble, Marks did the same nothing that Pierce did. I wouldn't mind dealing Pierce, but I say give another couple weeks to evaluate people (if Pierce gets any chances)

I'm guessing Stroud and Anderson will be asking for at least 90 million between them on any new contract.

Washington rookie LT Josh Conerly Jr, who it was rumored we wanted to trade back into the first round for, got annihilated tonight by the Packers. Particularly Michah.

At that point the Texans org will be screwed.

I can't imagine CJ wanting less than 55 million, or Will wanting less than 30 million for any long term deal. Just a guess with the way salaries are rising.

He can want anything, what he'll actually get will be based on performance and he'll need to bounce back from a down sophomore season and a bad game 1 if he wants to be paid like a top tier QB because right now he doesn't look like one.

Give him more than 2 seconds to throw, and he is one.

I’m pretty sure he had quite a bit of time to throw from the breakdowns

I was just referring to how bad our OL performed. 42% pressure rate is dumb.

    For sure.
Also saw one that had 29% I believe.
Either way, Oline has to improve. So does CJ

Then he should call the correct protection schemes and not run into pressure.

    It's HIS responsibility.

Legitimately top tier QB's don't need people making excuses for their failure.

I personally believe he can be a top tier QB, so i refuse to make excuses for him, I just want improvement.

True, but even the 10th highest QB makes 52 million. Just saying if we want a top 10 QB on a long term deal it will probably cost us more than that in a year for a veteran QB. Sure, he still has to prove he is top 10, and if he isn't then things can change on negotiating any long term QB deal, or if we want to just sign a QB who isn't in the top 10 for less money and hope for the best.

    Talent is nice.
    The person is worse.
I wouldn’t want that on my team

I think we're fine at WR. Just need that OL to gel together or they're screwed.

The resource allocation for this team is off. The secondary is thin. The running backs are crap. The offensive line has a bevy of second rounders, yet they don't really have a single lineman who is above average. Caserio is overrated around here, in my opinion.

Dude hasn’t been the same since Stingley hurt his peepee.

All joking aside, dude is loosing it fast. I forgot who but a podcaster showed a metric on how fast he’s running this season and the drop off from last season is massive. And speed is one of those things that at his age dips suddenly and fast. He’s was never a Mike Evans Keenan Allen type of receiver and his Speed was a major part of his game and what made him great. So yeah he’s on a serious decline on top of being a horrible human being.
