We just had a story this year of the black kid in Texas killing white kid at the track meet Stories becoming national news are very organic situations so again it's odd that this story is just now becoming national because unlike @basso 's assertion I would argue the media is just as sympathetic to Ukraine as it is to Palestine
I don't know the particulars of his arrest record. But I know it's not uncommon for young guys to rack up three, four, five arrests in short order for relatively minor **** while they're on their downward slide towards death on the streets or prison. It's sad. Charlotte is a very safe city. But the system benefits those that serve in it. Not so much the ones that need protected or helped.

Not a lawyer but I would guess if you assault someone in a robbery it's considered all together as opposed to someone being prosecuted for a third for instance robbery
