And it’s not just Fox, it’s One America News, it’s Newsmax, and it’s all the folks in the right-wing media. And I’m glad they’re melting down over it. Their situational unawareness is rather jaw-dropping, and we’ll keep at it.

Prop 50 would leave it to the voters to decide if they want to counter Gov Wheelie's manipulaton, by extension Trump, to gain more GOP seats the battle is on. the opposition to Prop 50, by extention Newsom, includes funder Charles Munger Jr, the son of the former vice chairmain of Bershire Hathaway and former House speaker Keven McCarthy, the one that was ousted by Matt Gaetz. imo, while Munger has deep pocket and a positive reputation, Kevin McCarthy has been viewed (outside of his hick town of Bakersfield) as a loser. the opposition would fare better if it distances itself from the loser. get former Governator (Arnold) on board, who so far is not on the team the prop 50 team has been spearheaded by Newsom and supported by Netflix founder Reed Hastings imo as long as Schwarzenegger is not part of the opposition team, Prop 50 has a good chance to pass

For people interested in actual facts: California voted 58% to 38% in the last presidential election in favor of Harris. The California House delegation is 43 to 9 (83% to 17%). Texas voted 56% to 42% in the last presidential election in favor of Trump. The Texas House delegation is 25 to 12 (68% to 32%). California is already far more Gerrymandered than Texas. Even if 5 Dem seats were flipped to the GOP, that would make it 30 to 7 (81% to 19%), or roughly as Gerrymandered as California. Newsom isn't mad that Texas is trying to get a leg up, he is mad that they are pushing for parity.
