    Bringing up the fact the Texans minority owner has sexual assault claims and is still involved with the team was quite shocking

    Cary has a case. And the Texans did settle with 30 women and CARY WAS FORCED OUT afterwards. All about optics now and it is not good.

    Buzbee took the case because he believes the likelihood of a huge settlement is high. Many issues he mentioned in the statement may not even be relevant to the case, but it's his way of telegraphing there are more beans to spill if the Texans and NFL do not settle early.

    There is now direct evidence, in Buzbee’s possession that the Texans were aware of Watson’s actions going back possibly to even Clemson. Cary has a very strong case.

    It is in new court filings on the Harris County clerk website from Buzbee. I’ll have to take screenshots from computer as I on posting from phone. When I do post, it will show HPD spoke with a particular Texans employees in which the transcript shows the Texans knew about his “towel trick”. There is more. Cal was stupid enough to text Watson about these incidents during that time, proving he had direct knowledge. Buzbee has the text messages.

    These revelations were posted in his remaining case against Watson pending in Harris County.

    If all of this proven to be factual, would the NFL see this as an ethics violation similar to those that have played out in the NBA? And possibly force the sale of the Texans franchise?

    Yep it is bad for Cal. Buzbee also has reason to believe that the coaching staff knew.

    Easterby is currently scheduled for a deposition in other remaining case on October 23rd
