Remember he was Cal and Easterby's hire AFTER their search committee recommended Louis Reddick.

 

His teams have been consistently undisciplined year after year and he is so hands-off on offense, it feels like he's more of just defensive coordinator than a head coach.

My only issues with him is he takes too long to get rid of the ball and he doesn’t identify blitz, change protections or hot routes to stop defense’s from blitzing a much
