You can put male Olympian there too. They don't b*tch as much as female or the Astros and don't have as much OF business but it was't a political rant. Im more left than anybody here and I keep my mouth shut still about s**t that is going down. So if you can't get over silly stupid analogy, just fk right off.
It’s not silly, it’s sexist. Even in your “explanation” you doubled down. Something tells me you are closer to being a sad incel than “more left than anyone.” But I’ll happily fk right off and put you on ignore. I can’t imagine I will miss much of value.
Plus If we don’t have Good Framber We have no chance winning multiple playoff series in a row Getting him right is imperative if we are trying to win a ring
Today will be very interesting Not only does Framber move up to go in what is a very big game, he is coming off what is likely his worst mental implosion since his most famous one that kind of started the Framber is mental stuff, when he was shelled at this very place while Maldy and Dusty and everyone else just watched him break down. No mound visit to calm him, no attempt to fix something mechanical, just let him implode If ever there was a place to get past the mental breakdowns, it’s right there in Arlington
With De Los Santos, I wonder if that was someone Brown had his eyes on previously or just thought if he was someone the Braves liked that he'd profile well for Houston? Either way, very pleasant surprise. Hader, Abreu, King, Sousa, De Los Santos, Kimbrel, and Blubaugh makes for a pretty solid bully in October (assuming good health).
Hader and Sousa ain’t coming through those doors. We will be lucky if nobody else on this list falls by the wayside. Which is why I want to bring up Ullola and Pecko to find out what they have.
If his rehab/recovery reports are true, I was 100% totally wrong about Paredes coming back and contributing this season. To be fair, pretty much everybody else was wrong as well.
I’ll believe it when I see it - but Paredes is known as a very smart and hard working player so he has that going for him. Actually low key the Astros have a number of these guys. Alvarez, Pena, Walker, Altuve, Meyers and Dubon are hard workers and disciplined and actually have passion for the game. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that we also win with these guys. It’s not like Correa isn’t a hard worker, he is - and he loves the game. He can’t control his back but he has gotten a lot better in approach and setting up pitchers to off set some physical limitations.
So nice to see the bats available now as opposed to late July. Would be fantastic if Paredes could come back.
Joe should’ve put Salazar at catcher. I would’ve. Make Framber pitch to him. Don’t make it all easy for him. He needs to show everyone that he’s sorry for being a douche bag, especially the teammate he tried to hurt. Put your foot on his throat, Joe. Give him every chance to grow from this the right way. Can’t coddle immaturity.
Potential for hilarity would be high: pregame or warmup between innings, Framber throws a pitch, turns around to go back to the rubber, and Salazar drills him in the ass
