I don’t love pitching Hunter like that given everything that seems to be going on with our staff. He’s hopefully got a lot more big innings to go.

You have to factor in there was no pitch clock back then. Just a tad bit more rest for pitchers.

Imo, pitch clock is prolly the reason for increase in pitchers injuries.
