@Buck Turgidson posted the chronological order in the Alien: Earth thread. The only missing thing is Alien Resurrection happens like 200 years after Alien 3. Alien 1-4 are in chronological order. Prometheus and Covenant are prequels. Romulus is a side story after the original Alien. Most people recommend you watch it in theatrical release order.
Casino was an amazing movie that was probably ~20 minutes too long (and most of those minutes involved Sharon Stone's breakdown) Great true story, and I've never even thought about comparing it to Goodfellas.
Imported - 7.5 out of 10. It was an interesting documentary about US basketball players going overseas to make a living playing the game they love. Some successful careers can be made outside the US and my perception of US basketball vs. non-US changed a little. I would've given it 8 out of 10 but it was 30 minutes too long.
Nobody 2 8/10 If you liked the original, you will likely like the sequel as well. There are many call backs to the original, perhaps too many. I suspect that this will do good enough at the box office to allow a Nobody 3.
They should have an episode based on “Saturday Night Fever” simulation where the alien in Alien: Earth is caught in the sim and even starts dancing to sim Tony dancing. Then, they can spawn off a new reality TV show called “Do You Think This Alien Can Dance?”. Wrong thread.
I don't really acknowlege that movie exists, but here's a fun fact: The scene where Sigourney is playing basketball, and she's walking away from the hoop and shoots an over-the-shoulder halfcourt shot, nothing but net....that was really her doing it and it took her iirc 2 takes to nail it.
The Empire (Bruno Dumont) a somewhat of a parody of Star Wars. Think Monty Python, although it has its own type of humor. Not as much on the nose as Monty Python often is. 8.5/10. Also this is part of a trilogy which includes: Coincoin and the Extra-Humans and Li'l Quinquin. The order of films: Li'l Quinquin Coincoin and the Extra-Humans The Empire I haven't seen the other two, but I bought them and will be watching them immediately since I loved The Empire so much.
Just watched Highest to Lowest It was a damn decent watch. 8 out of 10 Some Spike-isms but that is to be expected Rocket River
Not a great movie, but I've got a nostalgic kid fondness for Silver Bullet A totally wild werewolf movie was Dog Soldiers https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dog_Soldiers_(film)
