I typically drink the kool aid for game one after getting hyped up over the past 6 months. I think our D will be solid but dam the Rams have an excellent D Line and TBH I have no clue if the Texans O Line can keep up and that's the key to the game IMO. If they can create lanes for Chubb and give CJ a bit of time I think we can do it, if our O Line cant get it done it will be Texans 2.0 from last year...............BUT, I have faith they CAN do it, but this is a hell of a test right out of the gate..................but hey, you can't be a champion if you can't beat the upper echelon teams so bring it on baby, I am READY.
I have zero clue how we will perform. Rams have arguably a top 3 defensive line and our OL is filled with legit journeyman and rookies.
What’s being completely ignored IMO is the Texans edges are better than the Rams. Verse is elite, but so are WAJ and Danielle. The Rams OL is struggling with health, and so is their old, immobile QB. This game could be low scoring
I predict calm, levelheaded reactions and analysis from fans during and post game. Also, no definitive conclusions will be drawn from this first game on the road against a tough team if it gets ugly. You can take those to the bank.
Week 1 is always a toss up especially when there has been a coaching change on one side - as is the case with Caley. You always seem to see "upsets" early on. That being said, the Rams are the one team that should know Caley better than most. Really glad we don't play the Jags until week 3 and get a couple more weeks to look at their corny a$# HC ...And week 4 with the new Titans
We get see Noel now hopefully he takes Kirk spot which would be good since he will only be here a year.
