Yeah he's looking super agile too, definitely see the results of him working on his overall fitness and athleticism. He's getting off his feet quicker on both his first and second jumps now too, genuinely looks more explosive. All the credit to him for doing what the greats do and putting in the hustle. I'm glad we got that kind of star in Alpi and not the ones like Luka or Jokic where they could genuinely be even more ridiculous than they are if they worked out as hard as someone like Kobe.

My goodness, Sengun already has mastered traditional center skills, now he's adding in wing shooting and PG skills. He looks stronger, quicker and more explosive than ever and he's still improving at 23. Again we can't count on it until we see it in the season and playoffs, but he may have a chance at going from an all star to superstar leap with time. It's like watching your hot, long term significant other consistently hitting the gym, taking cooking classes and playing her role better. You already know she's been holding you down for years, but damn it's impressive.
Sengun easily cleared Nikola for the1 handed rebound for a beautiful full court pass. That was beauty. Sengun looks a bit fuller like from 2 years ago. That's his best weight. Not skinny Sengun.
I think what we're actually seeing is he lost the fat, and now he's increased his muscle to appear a similar size to what he had coming in. Look at how quickly he's moving and how much lighter he is on his feet? Dude is easily in the best shape we've seen him. He genuinely is looking more and more like a star PF than a C to my eyes.
He could be the same player as last year with a better FT % and I would be happy. 4/5 today. 2 thumbs up. The 3s looked good too.
