Fresh off their "Trump is dead" loss, the American liberal, searching for a new cope, has turned BACK to the Epstein conspiracy theory! Trump has already been cleared by Giuffre and Maxwell, for those following along. Bill Clinton? We'll, he's in some hot (and dirty) water.

LOL texxx/mojoman/jorge/strob4bros. trump was "cleared" by a child sex trafficker, documented liar and someone who after giving testimony to trumps personal lawyer got herself transferred to a cushy low-security prison camp where she can do yoga and take ceramics classes.

Nothing substantive came from the press conference. Trump was not implicated in wrongdoing. And those women were quite eager to smear Trump — if they could have, they would have. Trump vindicated.

    Liberals punching air again!

Was listening to a survivor interview and noticing how she herself wasn't naming names. And of course not because if you accuse someone like that and don't have evidence to back it up, you open yourself up to legal liability of your own. The accused will claim innocence and that they are being unjustly defamed and will sue. To put the names out there, these women really need the government to do it. Of course, the government can't ethically do it either (but I guess they might do it anyway), because to name names and not bring indictments is bringing government power to punish people with social stigma without proving guilt. And they can't prove guilt. The interview on NPR gave a taste of why. The woman was groomed by Epstein and sent to other men without her even realizing she was being trafficked. She was groomed but her sex with other men would have looked consensual. The men wouldn't necessarily have understood the woman consenting to have sex with them was groomed. They themselves might have been groomed by Epstein to accept the sex. So they'll never be able to prove guilt by anybody for receiving sexual favors. Epstein seems to have been too smooth to have allowed a conversation to get that transactional.

So I don't think these women can ever get justice. At best, names of other men will be released or leaked (I think their best bet is to "leak" their own list, so they can deny they did it on purpose) to the public and their reputations will be besmirched. The men will deny guilt and no one will get prosecuted, much less convicted. It might ruin some marriages, but I doubt it even hurts many careers.

I disagree, a woman sued Trump twice for raping her when she was 13, and was bullied into dropping the charges, but no defamation lawsuit ever happened, because TRUTH is a defense against defamation.

Here she is describing what happened on video.

As long as those women stick to the truth they are fine.

Because any lawsuit leads to discovery, and do you think any of those pedophiles want that?

What is needed are some good old fashioned JOURNALISTS like Watergate to investigate this, the truth is out there.

    Conspiracy theorists gonna believe conspiracies......

The facts are no defamation lawsuit ever came about from Trump - and we all know Trump sues about everything except stuff that he knows he did.

Snopes just says there are doubts and conspiracies.....

Still should be investigated, and there are two ladies who swore UNDER OATH that Trump raped her.......if they lied they would be in prison....

There are two other avenues for handling this -

    -A Special prosecutor (DOJ)
-A Special Committee (House of Reps)

These avenues would give the ability to report on what happened by taking into account victim testimony while compiling circumstantial evidence to support, and conclude events. There is a higher bar for the special prosecutor to bring charges and they would likely have to redact a whole heck of alot, but I believe a special committee in the House has more leeway to name wrongdoing and refer to the DOJ while the DOJ then makes a judgement on whether to prosecute or not.

The biggest example is the Ken Starr investigation. Ken Starr named a whole heck of alot of people and went as far as to recommend impeachment where Mueller and others later on wouldn't even do. So a Special prosecutor alone can name some names, but they don't have to go it alone because a Congressional Special Committee if Speaker Johnson wanted to appoint one, could have a large amount of leeway to name wrongdoing, and wrongdoers.

So I guess the question is why doesn't Pam Bondi, and Speaker Johnson just do that, and be done with it?? Why didn't Garland and McCarthy/Pelosi/Johnson before that do it as well??

It's not a Democratic party narrative. Elon Musk was the first person to publicly proclaim that DJT is in the Epstein Files, and Pam Bondi confirmed it later on.

Stop trying to hide behind this notion that the Democrats are this mastermind entity that can create narratives amongst the global conscious. The Epstein story is a product of Trump's own making, and the making of those he surrounded himself with.
