What does this have to do with libertarians. Not only do I not want the government owning a stake in any company, I don't even want them issuing grants to or making deals with any company other than purchasing products at market value (like F-35s).

 

Trump is not a communist. Never was and never will be.

Fascism is not the same thing same thing as Communism. They are not interchangeable terms. Actually, they are exactly opposite. That said, in extreme situations, they begin to look a lot alike. But the intentions of true communism vs. the intentions of true fascism is very different.

Fascists are almost always racist or at least classist and hide their disdain for other people inside nationalism. There is generally an attack on their own people where they divide and conquer by proclaiming you are with us or against us.

Communists believe that everybody should be equal, an ideal that is next to impossible to achieve particularly since the leaders rarely apply that same standard to themselves.

One seeks to divide, the other seeks to unite. In both cases, at the extremes, they'll force compliance with violence.
