I hope Ukraine actually gets the munitions and in the quantities written about below, purchased by Ukraine. Based on trump's history, I'll believe it when/if it happens. What I don't understand is why Ukraine continues to have these "restrictions" placed by the United States on their use. Putin has his military deliberately striking civilians with bombs, missiles, and drones every day and night, including hospitals, pediatric hospitals, apartment buildings, schools - yet Ukraine isn't free to strike military targets anywhere in Russia, not with weapons from the United States, without pre-approval from the USA (and Ukraine has no interest in attacking civilians). Why? The Europeans don't have the same restrictions, not any longer, to my knowledge. Yes, Ukraine can and does use Ukrainian weapons to attack Russian military targets, yet it's the equivalent of fighting with one hand tied behind your back. Again, why?
