The data that trans people are more likely to be victims of violence is extremely robust. The data for the inverse, they’re more likely to commit violence, is much less substantiated by the evidence as far as I can tell. Selective focus by the media as a way to discern statistical trends is not reliable.

If you are worried about the chances of a very small percentage of an even smaller percentage of the population potentially using a gun(that the far right makes easier to get) on people, you are misguided. Only the right gets so bothered by the potential of some trans person winning a gold medal that they have to talk about every day. Why not worry about the millions of casualties in Ukraine and Palestine. Thousands die from not getting access to healthcare and affordable drugs like insulin, epipens, and inhalers and you are worried about the potential of some trans with a gun. You need to take a step back and reexamine your perspective on life and community.

Wait, I am so confused. MAGA, conservatives and trumpers say that we have a transgender epidemic, that the radical left are turning all our kids transgender and this is a wide spread problem (contrary to Dems allegedly false assertion that transgender people represent a minuscule percentage of the population. How is it possible we have so FEW mass shooting events caused by the hoards of transgender demons overrunning this country? I mean just 2? How is that possible, given how allegedly prone to violence these hoards of transgender people are. I demand an explanation from @strosb4bros and @El_Conquistador. We just had another school shooting yesterday. We have them every year. Many of them are young men. Should we now say young men as a whole are 'entitled broken kids beyond repair'? We regularly see men arrested for child p*rn or abuse cases. Many of them Republican. Should we brand all Republicans as 'closeted, broken people beyond repair'? That's exactly the same logic OP is using. It's broken logic, not based on facts, but is about targeting groups OP already dislikes - trans people, liberals, Muslims, whoever. Bigotry is what we call such behavior.
