The mortgage applications provide clear and indisputable evidence of her fraud. Her only possible defense would be that she was too dumb to understand the meaning of the language in the agreements... and if that's true, then she's not a fit for the role due to being intellectually unqualified.

I see it written many times that she's the first black female Fed Governor. Was she a DEI hire? We should reserve these top roles for the very smartest and qualified Americans... not political appointees who check a diversity box.

    GOOD DAY

Post the mortgage application showing the fraud. Go ahead post the evidence that implicates her. Well.be waiting. Hint you post **** cuz you dont have anything. Your "evidence" is what your cult leader tell you. People outside the cult aka normies don't worship your cult leader.

Also biden kept trumps nominees on the board and nobody complained like a little b**** except yall. You can call any black person DEI but it doesnt make it true. Cook has a impressive resume and shes been in the field for decades.

We hold the accused innocent until proven guilty. If Trump is relying on cause to justify a termination, it should be after a court finding. If he can fire independent commissioners on a mere accusation, no independent agency would be independent.

Isn't that the entire premise of the unitary executive theory? He doesn't even need an accusation to fire someone.

If he thought he could win in SCOTUS with unitary executive theory, he'd have fired Jerome Powell by now. But, he is afraid of losing that fight so instead he has to skulk around and attack from the side, using a premise that won't jeopardize some later claim to UXT. So, if he's going to put on this veneer of legality, he should at least see it through and take it to court.

Funny watching the Dems complain about Trump using lawfare after what the Democrats in this country tried to do to him but ultimately failed at.

    Democrats reaping what they sowed.

Go ahead and continue to defend the conman and criminal as much as possible. The GOP run House couldn't even impeach Biden once. Guess you fell for the TrumpCoin or was it the unholy Trump Bible? LOL, you dumbasses are wild as all hell...

What they did to him? Trump is a POS. He's a really terrible human being that has gotten away with it because he's rich and powerful.

    Trump maybe a POS.

But he was the subject of political motivated investigations and prosecutions.

Now the shoe is on the other foot and Democrats will reap what they have sown.

I find the sanctimony hilarious and the Democrats being on the receiving end of lawfare is entirely just.

They launched politically motivated investigations and prosecutions with the goal of "getting" Trump on anything they could.

    Democrats started the lawfare.

Now the shoe is on the other foot and its satisfying to see.

Trump was guilty. There is no question the NY prosecution was politically motivated, and yet Trump was guilty. I don't find any of the other investigations to be primarily due to political motivation

And these Democrats maybe guilty of Mortgage fraud.

You stick your head far enough up anyone's ass you can find some violation of the law.

Democrats better have crossed their T's and dotted their I's.
