It turns out that the National Guard is barely trained to to be a standing police force. And the people who signed up to be part of the National Guard likely did not sign up to be Trump's rapidly deployed police force (that Trump uses for PR purposes).

Biden installed the most anti corporate FTC chair in history who filed more lawsuits to break up big corporations than anyone in modern history...they passed a non compete ban and literally bailed out the unions to the tune of 40 billion dollars. To be sure, the sky is falling. I see the Nationalist Fervor rising and the talk of revoking birthright citizenship and revoking naturalized citizenship going back 70 years. We're starting to have to make a plan for the possibility we will be forced out of this country. We're on the totalitarian path.

None of this surprises me. I saw this coming since 2015 when I first learned big oil companies were funding far right groups like the Heritage Organization. Makes total sense. The left is pushing clean energy and carbon emissions reduction, the oil companies are going to push back by funding whatever they can to crush that, which means crushing democrats and empowering radicalism as a consequence.

But I recognize the only way to stop that momentum is not to try to shed some light on that - no one gives a flying F. Democrats have become the party of whiners. I never liked the far left even though I am liberal. The problem wasn't they championed transgender rights and diversity. The problem is that they touted that as the definition of success and prioritized that over working class especially working class white Americans. It's why their registrations are down.

You want to get back to representing working class people? Then Democrats should start by organizing not protests against Trump, but general strikes about the way things are going. Put the national guard in our cities? STRIKE across ALL CITIES. Workers are America, they need to exercise their power and Dems need to show whose side they are one. Dems need to negotiate on behalf of workers while Trump helps corporations. Use all their power to increase the lives of working people first and foremost. Make that your top priority.. Make that your platform. And every win - not matter how small - magnify it across social media. Their whole engine should be built around that. Nothing. Else. Matters.
