If they are already in the city, go to the White House and arrest Trump.

If only Trump, Bondi, Patel, Hegseth, and Noem could get shipped to some prison in Uganda or El Salvador, and get a taste of their own medicine. They are worse than those they ship off rounded up picking fruit, or working a crappy low paying job nobody else wants.

Just let me they are lowering the standards for recruitment into the FBI. They want to allow some of their dumber loyalist candidates in as they weaponize the FBI. Qualifications, education, and training are all being lowered. It's never about hiring the best candidates when it comes to this administration. Nope. I mean look at the kid he put in charge of Terrorism. It's all so disturbing.

Well this is why we should know and be prepared for them not to leave office willingly. All of these people know they are breaking laws and could be held accountable by a future administration. They saw nearly all of Trump's orbit get indicted last go around. They all have a vested interest in ensuring that Trump or his proxy stays in power moving forward for the foreseeable future. Maybe 2026 holds, but I'll be shocked if we still have legit elections in 2028 and a peaceful transition of power if those elections do prevail.

I guess nearly half the country has been bamboozled enough by the lies that they have given up on democracy.

Ordinary people and brain-dead sycophants are more comfortable with a police state than I ever imagined possible.

Crazy huh? I guess they would prefer to live in a country like North Korea than a Democratic Nation. Brainwashing worked for Trump. I'll give him that. Doesn't make him less evil though. He's one power hungry psychopath. People were warned during campaigning and refused to listen to all the ex military Generals and National Security folks. They believed the pathological liar when he said he knew nothing about Project 2025. They believed his flat out lies for years, and still do. It's truly hard to believe at this point. There is no excuse for supporting that sicko anymore. None, whatsoever.

All he does is threaten everyone who tells the truth, and threatens those who won't echo and repeat his propaganda and lies. Whether it's reporters, media, businesses, schools, museums, judges, governors, mayors, or anyone else, he threatens to fire, sue, or withhold government funding. Anyone who disagrees with his BS, and who doesn't paint his narrow minded and sick point of view as the best thing since sliced bread is the enemy. Every day he lashes out at and threatens somebody. It's disturbing.

    Crazy old man ranting ...

"ABC & NBC FAKE NEWS, two of the worst and most biased networks in history, give me 97% BAD STORIES."

"IF THAT IS THE CASE, THEY ARE SIMPLY AN ARM OF THE DEMOCRAT PARTY AND SHOULD, ACCORDING TO MANY, HAVE THEIR LICENSES REVOKED BY THE FCC. I would be totally in favor of that because they are so biased and untruthful, an actual threat to our Democracy!!!" Trump wrote.

It's just like him and his polling. That old narcissistic geezer is in deep denial about his historically low approval ratings.

“Except what is written and broadcast in the Fake News, I now have the highest poll numbers I’ve ever had, some in the 60’s and even 70’s. Thank you. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!” Trump wrote Sunday night in a Truth Social post.

Reached for comment, the White House declined to say which survey the president was referencing.

“The majority of Americans – and a record-high amount of Republicans – approve of the job President Trump is doing because he’s fulfilling every single core promise he made to voters on the campaign trail,” spokesperson Liz Huston said in a statement.

His lies are so far from the truth at times it's hard to believe that he has the audacity to even spew them. How in the hell can anyone actually believe that psycho anymore?

It's just as disgusting that his loyalists, Press Secretary, and all the brown shirts in his administration refuse to speak out. What a bunch of butt kissing cowards MAGA politicians and his MAGA administrative picks are.

    I don't really know honestly.

I don't know. He seems to want to force the Palestinians to leave and for Ukraine to be absorbed into Russia.

Yes - the "libs" are against everything that Trump is trying to do, except Bernie Sanders, he supports Trump on some economic issues... which I would think would scare from Republicans, but maybe not.

    Trump going full troll.

He should go on X and have a poll asking whether he should send the armed national guardsmen into Chicago or not.

Maybe he could give away shared in Intel too to lucky participants in the poll.

"I will randomly pull one name out of the hopper. Pam you busy? She is busy doing important stuff. Laura, honey - Laura Loomer, beautiful and so loyal. Laura, bring me the hopper so I can pull a name to win 1% ownership in Intel. Now in order to win you have to vote in our X poll and correctly guess when I tell Pete to send in my National Guardsmen into Chiraq."

the whole thing strikes me as a theatrical and over-the-top way of embarrassing big-city Democratic mayors and city councils. There's got to be an easier way.

It is several things I believe.

First I think it is a distraction from Ukraine/Russia negotiations, economic issues and the few people that care about Epstein at this point. All of the talk is about Trump sending in his goons, and that is better for him than the alternative. It also lets him keep the Democrats in these cities off balance and wondering when the other shoe will drop.

Trump has consistently done well on a few topics - and law and order is one of them. He knows he has than in his bag at all times.

I think it's just as simple as.... he's polling horribly in everything except for the "law and order" question.

So he does what anyone would do with their best polling topic.... make it one of his worst by going overboard, and doing the whole fascism thing.

I assume these stunts are all lined up on a white board somewhere in the White House from when Trump got elected Stephen Miller, and Steve Bannon got together and did the whole Pinky and the Brain bit to come up with plots to the rule the world. So it's not as though Trump is like a strategist here. Alot of these stunts were all put together months ago, but Trump is just greenlighting things already put in motion, and acting like its his brilliance in motion.

But let's please not diminish this at the same time too please???? I see a little bit of that here, and I just think we cannot get numb to the fact that a sitting president is literally sitting in the oval office talking about how "some people want a dictator"... which also sending armed troops to Blue Cities while ignoring red state cities with higher crime rates. This is clearly fascistic to its core, and we shouldn't fall into Os Trig's trap here of doing the whole "Oh Libs and their TDS" diminishing game that they play there.

Make no mistake... clownish or not.... This Sh$t is bad.

This is all political theatre. It distracts from the rest of the chaos, and he gets great photo ops, but in the end what does this really do? Invest in recruitment for the Police, we all know first-hand most cities need more and BETTER cops.

If they go to Chicago will that have a long term effect on the city, Hell No, in the short-term people will simply stay home or away from the soldiers.

@Nook, what are the locals saying about this? Would they go to say, Washington Park or West Garfield or would they go downtown?

hadn't really thought of it this way, but you're right . . . a lot of the overreaction DOES seem like TDS. Especially since we in New York State have had National Guardsmen deployed in NYC since 2001

    1. The results of having the national guard in DC has been a positive. Murder, car jacking etc... rates are down

    2. Yes the Ukraine is going to have to give up some territory. I don't like it, but that's what it's going to take to end the war. Right now they're negotiating how much land and where the land is located that's going to be given up. The other thing that the Ukraine really wants and I don't blame them is assurances that Russia won't be back trying to conquer more land in 5-10 years. Certainly can't blame Zelenski for that.

I'm very happy with Trump's economic vision
