In retrospect, what an absolute miss on a first-round pick. I know there are always busts picked in the first round, but I never understood why the Texans drafted K. Green so high in the draft. Albeit, I'm not an A&M fan, so I didn't watch him play, but he looked absolutely lost in every game he wore a Texans' uniform. One might think that being traded to a new team might light a fire under him to put the work in, but it appears that was not the case. K. Green is still a young man, maybe he can put the work in and get on with another team. Good luck to the young man.
If you draft a guard in the first round, it has to be a sure thing. QBs and WRs can be 1st round busts, but a guard...... Horrible pick.
Because he was an All American and 3 time All SEC player. He has talent but injuries were his undoing.
It wasn’t injuries, it was desire and weight. He ate himself out the league almost then trimmed down last year and then got injured
Well I guess all those accolades really don’t mean a damn thing in the NFL. While I’m not a scout or even pretend to be, Green looked lost, out of place, lacked footwork and looked lethargic the majority of the time he was a Texan. Talent got him to the league, looks like lack of work ethic got him out of the league.
I'm thinking the Eagles prioritized salary dump to resign their free agents 1st, the 5th round pick in trade 2nd, trial on Kenyon 3rd. Kenyon a little more than trade filler, but still not vital enough for extended look
