Don’t know if he is still working but David sprecher was the go to guy for traffic tickets in the “big law” community in Houston. That was 20 years ago so decent chance he has hung it up.
He can also stop by Circuit City and check out the latest computer tech, I hear Windows XP is really good...
Any attorney with an office next to the courthouse..don’t underestimate them on routine issues, bc they know the game..a prosecutor told me that.
Go up there, plead not guilty and take the drivers ed course online to get it dismissed. Did that in another county but if you're a habitual violator...good luck.
Trial by jury always. If Cop doesn't show you get it dismissed which is 90 percent. Cops have a quota to meet and they do speed traps. If cop does show then get an AI lawyer and claim insanity.
How many tickets, and what were the infractions? I got a speeding ticket about 20 years ago, and I took an online driving course and paid a small fine.
Sounds like big trouble. You're going to need plenty of legal advice before this thing is over. As your attorney, I advise you to rent a very fast car with no top. And you'll need the cocaine.
Gotta go full Darrell Brooks and constantly challenge subject matter jurisdiction and ask if everything is a "lawfully law" I'm not sure how it worked out for him, but it's certainly a path that can be taken.
Forget attorneys. Sovereign citizen script + ‘I do not consent!’ = instant dismissal I'm sure it will work
