Let's say KPJ has a history of violent outbursts & then a relatively reputable woman that he is known to be romantically involved with & her family (even if briefly) publicly accuses him of causing her physical harm with neutral witnesses stating there were bruises on her face. Do you really have to wait for the court to issue guilty of assault verdict before your opinion of the guy is a bit worse than originally? Would you not think slightly less of a person even if just for the fact that he was stupid/irresponsible/arrogant/sociopath enough to end up in a situation like that?

There are so many talented people out there that you can be a fan of that haven't been accused of harming a weaker human being (a highly immoral type of transgression in all the cultures out there where women are considered a full fledged human being) - why not just like those people instead of someone like KPJ?

 

This is just so sad. He needs to be held accountable. Really sucks right now for Rockets fans that wanted to see our guys as the good guys.

That’s a very fair take and I 100% agree. I also believe in change and helping a person rather than the typical just throw someone in jail, which is a rotten, depraved place where they can turn any human into less than an animal. So if true, I wish Gerald the best on his path to recovery and find out where that violence comes from. But yeah, if he loses his freedom and reputation for now in the process, that comes with not having changed sooner and realizing you cannot beat anyone like that. Especially repeatedly. If all true of course.

Notice how there were never any photos of his ex with cuts, bruises etc. You better believe a woman would want to expose a man who beat them like this, especially a wnba player. NBA conducted their own investigation and found no wrongdoing by KPJ, which is why he wasn't even fined. GG deserves everything coming to him and I hope he gets his ass whooped. He should have been replaced anyway though because he's not good at his job.

She later decided to help KPJ revive his career, that is why she took back what she said, but that does not make that go away lol.......
