I think it shows just how insecure about his own intelligence he is. One of his constant refrains is comparing himself to or mentioning his relationships with smart (and credentialed) people. He talks about his uncle a lot because he believes that means he is superior, that he has smart genes. Talking about a dementia test as if it were an IQ test is another prime example of the insecurity but really shows what he has to be legitimately insecure about.

LOL at the same liberals who couldn't see Biden's mental decline, and lied about it for years, have suddenly become experts on gerontology. Trump is sharp both mentally and physically. Capable of handling daily pressers with a hoard of hostile journo's... capable of maintaining an absolute jammed pack schedule of events, and capable of negotiating multiple times weekly with foreign leaders. The guy just won a golf tournament and is close to a scratch golfer. Maybe 1% of you reading this could take him on in golf -- and he's almost 80 y/o. Trump is accomplishing objectives and delivering on promises at a rate that we've never seen. GOOD DAY
