I explained it there to you. If you want to continue being a contrarian about this, that's fine, but it's not going to get you anywhere. As I told you there, no appeal to authority...especially an invalid one such as you are attempting to make, can make the lesser argument the greater.

    Good luck killer.

Exactly as I thought. For those reading - I sent him confirmation that what I said about myself was true. He ignored it, never acknowledged his condescending BS, and offers absolutely nothing to defend his point of view that leaders should never show pain or empathy.

He is a nobody and a loser. The sad part is that he knows it at some level, even if his crippling insecurity makes him unwilling to admit any fault or shortcomings publicly, and probably to himself most of the time. But he knows … deep down, he knows he is a sniveling child, forever failing to make a mark on the world that he KNOWS just cannot accept or understand his greatness.

    Au revoir, kiddo.

Throw a tantrum if you like, you know you're wrong and it's hilarious.

You came with a pathetic attempt at an appeal to authority to hide the fact that you had nothing valid to back your stupid position and got shut down.

Cry about it if you like, but we're done here unless you attempt to make a valid defense of your moronic take.

In fact, in the interest of full disclosure, I'll post my entire response. Let's face it, history shows people like you tend to lie about what happens in DM's here

Take a nap, eat something, or maybe burp … normally it’s one of those three that keep babies up and crying.

    Kiddo.

Lol you're so upset simply because you picked a dumb side of a discussion and you couldn't defend your position, maybe go touch some grass. It's not that serious. There's no reason to be so unhinged oh great leader.

These are NOT mutually exclusive traits unless you have a very limited view of leadership. Callousness is not necessarily a virtue. It's a style.

I'll give an example where it's poor leadership. Bear Bryant thought dehydrating players made them tough or calloused. But it caused injury. But he showed leadership when he adjusted to the facts.

Yeah, situations where the potential damage outweighs the potential benefits is not just bad leadership, it's just flat out stupid. There's Russian military training tactics that I view as being just completely stupid for the same reasons. The culture of dedovshchina which is essentially extreme hazing to the extent that it is really just torture. This stupid **** routinely leads to permanent injury both mental and physical and death, by both homicide and suicide....and we're talking several hundred homicides and even more suicides per year.

All of this nonsense is done and the end product isn't even a higher quality soldier, quite the opposite actually, it's just cruelty for the sake of cruelty.

A person can be a bad leader for several different reasons, if no one will ever follow them, that's bad. If everyone follows them, but they are leading people off a cliff, that's also bad.

According to Sportico, the Texans are the 12th most valuable franchise in the nfl. Theyve always hovered around the 10-12th most valuable. I wanna know how the hell the Dolphins jumped up so high to 7th?

I'm a HUGE fan and I certainly know little about the timing of recovery in balancing the risk of re-injury with the need for strengthening the healing process for full recovery while under the pressure of Static Contract lengths and the pressure to win.

I just want Dell to optimize his situation, both professionally and personally.

The three places I would love to visit most for a Texans road game are US Bank Stadium, SoFi Stadium and Seattle. Unfortunately, won't be able to do any of these this year.

Visiting Soldier Field for any Bears home game would be a blast. My brother lives in Chicago and it could happen. We almost always catch a Sox game when I'm up there.

Wonder why they used the Jets emblem instead of the Giaints for that shite stadium?
