My guess is that there may be some stalling with LMJ, France, and Meyers for rosters to expand come September 1. I have a feeling that the goal is wild card rather than #2 seed internally...

I want LMJ no where close to a mound during the late innings.

I legitimately think they really do not know.

LMJ does not belong on this team, other than as a cheerleader. He is even more unreliable as a BP arm cause now are expecting him to pitch multiple days a week.

    Fify.

Expecting somone that can't find the strike zone no better than finding Bregabomb salsa at HEB to be in the bullpen is a horrible idea.

LOL, Augie would run his weekend starters out there for 130+ pitches each and then use his 3 bullpen guys for multiple innings every back-to-back-to-back. Same with Gustafson. And Wayne Grahm...

At least mix in some potatoes with the brisket.

Beans are so easy and cheap.

Yes - we have plenty of time. I was talking about leverage relievers, if Hader is out, someone else has to step up right away - if it would be Ullola, it would be because he throws strikes.

I don't think so - I think they really want to win the division and lock in a bye, and they think they will win the division. They are aware that they can make it as a WC, and would likely take that with a healthy team over a bye with a gassed team ... but they definitely are not punting on the division.

Not often enough - but when he throws strikes, batters do not make contact - and when they do it isn't good contract -- he has the nasty combo of swing and miss stuff and he keeps the ball in the ballpark. He can throw this fastball 60% of the time or more and they aren't any better at hitting him the second or third time through the order --- his bugaboo is that the man cannot throw consistent strikes.

Right, this does not strike me as a "roll him out and see how the 8th inning goes" kind of guy, yet
