Singles automatically turning into doubles with stolen bases is a huge problem that needs to be resolved by next season. Rather that involves moving Yainer off catcher or better coaching...it needs to be dealt with.

I think some of it is that until recently teams seldom ran so it wasn’t a priority for the Astros. Also the Astros philosophy is for the pitcher to focus on the batter. Diaz could certainly be better as well.
Short of a season ending injury, it isn’t going to be an “absolutely terrible night.” I would rather win to keep playing well but a loss is just one loss.

Hard to be inactive for so long and jump back into being a great pitcher, but I am not encourage by the performance so far. I would say that Arrighetti should not be untouchable.
Unfortunately walks =runs. Control just hasn't been there. Not pitching that badly if it weren't for the walks.
