Good, I hope Seattle overtakes us in August just so we can crush their hopes and dreams again in September.

SEA has barely missed a game from Raleigh, Rodriguez, Crawford or Arozarena.

    Incredibly lucky.

I will say it's fun that the year they finally get a good offense, their pitching staff goes to hell.

Given your track record as Chas' biggest fan and someone who insisted the Astros would be better off playing him everyday this year, this is amusing. Dusty, who has a 20 year history of getting the best of out of his players, understood how to motivate him and push him. He was pretty good under those circumstances. As soon as he was simply handed the job and didn't have to fight for anything or prove himself, he flopped. I get why it would be hard for someone who doesn't understand leadership or motivation to struggle with those concepts, but it doesn't change reality. Fortunately, the Astros have been far smarter than you in being able to see this across mutliple GMs and multiple managers, instead of just running him out there everyday because he was good in 2023. Imagine where the Astros would be right now if Chas was starting all season instead of Meyers, Dubon, and others - it would have been your dream world, though.

When did the banana pudding supply go dry? Correlation or causation?

Costanza still owes the Yankees some payback after they traded him to the Chicken Company.

Jason Alexander has surprised (in a good way). Hopefully he deals again tomorrow.

Keuchel somehow has a career 2.71 ERA against the Yankees with a sub 1.10 WHIP... I hear he can join this reunion tour.

"goes to hell"? That's a bridge too far.

I will say that if there is any question mark with that team is whether the starters will come through for them. They are a fairly solid group but I don't think they have any aces, just a bunch of 2s and 3s.

They've got a top 8 bullpen, I'd actually put them as top 5 now that Brash is dealing.

One of the most amazing runs I've ever witnessed.

Milwaukee is about to be 33-9 in their last 42 games. 4 1/2 games clear of Toronto.

You lose Burnes last year, Devin Williams this year. A rag tag bunch of hitters with a resurrected Christian Yelich leading the way.

Milwaukee is essentially the NL version of the Mariners. Simply nothing to show for it in the post season. Is it finally their year?
