Yainer can't be trusted in high leverage situations

Yeah they need to have a better plan down the stretch when Hader isn't available it appears. King can't be trust.

Winnable game. The Astros have to hope the Mariners lose one.

    Good fight by the team.

Probably had no business having a chance to win, but there we were with 2 outs in the bottom of the 8th and nobody on base.

    Let's win the series.

The Astros need to see what they can get for both he and Walker in the off season. Just don't like the swing and miss. I don't trust these 2 in a playoff series either, no matter where they hit. When you just need contact it's hard to have faith in them.

Alvarez can you come back from your 4 month sabbatical now or we cutting the hand off?

No doubt, thats the question, who will be our 7th inning pitcher.
    Perhaps sousa or okert.

    Pena/Sanchez/Tuve/Correa are fine…

Everyone else is a disaster and its mostly on Walker and Diaz… guys you expect to rely on who keeping ******** themselves and killg rallies dead.

Dubon should probably be playing every day too.

Sousa would fail in that role imo

3rd straight loss in a Valdez start is becoming a bit problematic.

Really NEED Alvarez and Meyers healthy to make the lineup more lethal.

Caratini has been good. Probably need to start considering using him more than Yainer down the stretch

But Joe won't get off him.

Same thing happened with Tayler Scott when he was terrible the last 2 months of last season. That didn't prevent Joe from using Scott as our 3rd best option out of the pen to start the season, cost us 3 games. Two of them against Seattle. Sheesh.

Not sure when he's gonna give up on King. He actually might not.

Seattle has the better roster currently. Unless we get back Alvarez and Meyers, they will win the division. Key Astro players are underperforming, but don't look at Altuve , Correa, or Pena.
