Caloric surplus makes you overweight regardless of the macro source.

You keep up these lazy propaganda post and I’m going to have to schedule a beef thunderdome meeting.

Let’s be honest, eggs are not crazy expensive or bread or many items for that matter more than previous …if we can pinpoint what is expensive ….it is beef . Cows are at a lowest point in supply plus the markets are not conducive and demand has not wavered…eat more chikin

I think tariffs and the fact the agricultural industry is very globally connected that has to withstand various supply shocks from floods, draughts, and war is vastly more responsible for grocery prices than debt issues.

MAGA campaigned on lowering the prices, but not only are they adding to the deficit like the Dems MAGA also enacted inflationary tariffs. Seems like that tariff revenue will go towards bailouts for farmers (again) and their massive deportation program.

We will see how back to school shopping and then Christmas shopping goes

Grocery is so expensive that the MAGAs might have to do a round of redistricting every Sunday

    1. Tariffs have not led to inflation at all - numerous recent articles have been shared on this.

    2. The US had a budget SURPLUS in June.

All of the economists have been dead wrong. Trump has been right.

    GOOD DAY

Bring it. Unless they all die of heart disease first.

Being overweight is not the only way of being unhealthy.

thanks big guy, I appreciate the concern. But I've gotten my A1c down from 8 to 5.9 through diet and exercise and lost 50 pounds, I don't think Clutchfans is where I'll be doing any serious diet research for the foreseeable future. The original comment about carbs was meant to be a bit of a joke anyway. Everybody's body and everyone's nutritional requirements are different, but processed carbs are still pretty much the enemy. ;)
