I can't even remember him, lol.

Says he pitched 17 games for us over a 2 year period.

 

Agreed, I think Walter is clearly our 3rd best option moving forward if he's ok. We need him to return to form.

Where are all the peeps who scoffed at the mariners' threat for the division few weeks ago?

 

I scoff at the Mariners.

Doesn't mean I don't respect them.

When a long winning streak presents itself, it's always followed by mini losing streak. Astros just need to stay healthy and get back some arms to fill that 3rd sp role.

 

I don’t recall people scoffing at them as a threat. I recall people (including me) scoffing at those who said they were “in the drivers seat” or had a better than 50% chance of winning.

You know who also scoffed at that (and still does)? Every bookie and statistician who publishes odds.

 

Quit being pansies. Scoreboard watch what’s in front of you (Detroit and Toronto) not what’s in the rear view mirror.
