The Astro disappointment is enough to deal with. CJ running for his life will be a major bummer. Houston sports seldom reward their fans. When it happens, cherish it.
Seems the Texans have struggled mightily when it comes to building a top tier OL. More often than not, it seems the Texans are amongst the worst OL in the league. Even this year, I am hoping for a mediocre OL. The unit doesn’t look elite, and here is to hoping that the guys hold the fort, at least long enough for Stroud to aim the ball as the play called for…
Strausser blames Bobby. https://www.houstonchronicle.com/sp...(Premium)&utm_source=t.co&utm_medium=referral
and that's what is so frustrating, we are stacked on D and on specialty positions on offense, but this O Line can bring the whole thing down....................hoping they do a 180 when there done at the Greenbriar
Water under the bridge now, but I still believe we should have jumped up to 21 or 22. IMHO Nick thought surely 1 of Golden or DJax (my preference) was going to make it to 24. I am also sure GB & MN knew that.
So Strausser didn't learn the offense in 2023? He must've been the kid that took the short bus to school.
I don't think it was a shot at Robaire. It's just describing what it was. It takes time to master, 4 years the first time around when Meco was a rook. They had no where who to block in zone. What bothered me was that they didn't even try to master it. Usually you bring in the center who is familiar with said offense like they did this year with Edwards. Instead they doubled down with non Kubahan players like Shaq Mason and a rookie center. Still puzzled.
