She's definitely still hot. This movie sucked though for real. Nothing redeemable about it. Surprised yall liked it.
it was a quick cash grab for some cameos. Also pretty bush league to have Julie show up (and then you know what so she leaves) just so he can give his family more screen time
It was what I thought it would be, just OK, it was cool to see the cameos and there was a twist in the first 10 minutes, but I can see why it's on Netflix and not the theatre................there is a place for these types of movies and Netflix is the right venue. PS - Julie B is still hot
Watched this movie last Saturday night after the Astros got off to the typical spot them 4 runs by the 3rd inning. It was exactly what I thought it was going to be. I will preface the next statement by saying I got into the Purple Dream before the movie. I laughed out loud a bit in the beginning, but the story got beyond corny pretty quick. Even though I was laughing at certain parts, I was wanting it to be over once they started playing on the stupid Maxi golf course. I stuck it out but felt a bit ashamed for doing so. I'm an avid golfer and follower of the sport. So, it was nice to see all of the pro golfer cameos.
I can't imagine a scenario where I'd watch a new Adam Sandler movie, certainly not a straight to streaming one. The guy simply doesn't give a **** anymore, and hasn't for a long time now.
Well, I loved Uncut Gems. By far his best work and it was a drama. PS the reason it went straight to Streaming is the deal he has in place with Netflix.
I watched both the original and the #2 this weekend with my wife who has seen neither .. I hadn't seen number one in a while Imo the #2 was funnier .
Uncut Gems was really good..................did you see Hustle? He was really good in that, more of a drama with Comedy mixed in. I think one of the funnier things about Sandler is the way he dresses now, he don't give 2 ***** about it, the dude is beyond rich
If anybody expects anything from Sandler to be good nowadays, they should be evaluated at a mental institution.
It couldve been- without the constant, loud blaring, obnoxious music, that paired so horribly with Sandlers loud raspy voice. Best part of that movie was Julia Fox's ass and thats something we can all agree on.
