Throw Noel a 5 yd pass and he has the ability to take it to the house. McConkey 2.0

The hype on Noel has been huge since before the draft. I think he could start the season faster than Higgins if he gets enough opportunities.

The comparison to McConkey is a good one. Supposedly, based on college tape, what separated them was McConkey ran crisper, more precise, (more deceptive) routes. That is something that can be coached-up in the NFL, over time.

Would be a huge win if he became McConkey.
Ladd is an elite athlete who also is a freakish route runner.
Noel is an elite athlete who would be a stronger run after catch guy with his strength, if he comes close to Ladd in route running that’s an elite player

Off topic, but I see more players wearing those concussion pads on their helmets and I am glad, watching all the camps on Saturday every team had a ton of players using them....................function over looks and I am glad to see more players wear them

So Ersery might be kind of good. Doing well against arguably the best pass rushing duo, especially WAJ who’s motor is 100 24/7, could be a positive sign from the rook

It honestly seems stupid not to wear them this day and age, even in the regular season. Having extra protection from brain injuries over looking cool seems like a no brainer to me.

I expect Nico/Higgins to be walking mismatches in the RZ.
