"The only way I will accept a immigrant is if they are slaves. . .
and they have to remain slaves forever and all the descendents
and they can never ask for equality or anything. . . .or simple decency or humanity . . .nothing . "

There is just so much hypocrisy in what Trump says and does. Hire American! Buy American! Build in America!

That's fine, but the orange MAGA preacher doesn't follow the gospel he speaks. He has a history of hiring illegal immigrants going back decades. Not only that but it's well known and verified that most of his MAGA merchandise was made overseas. Even when he doesn't hire illegals he seeks foreign visa workers to do jobs at his properties. He also uses his power to make policies all the countries

If you’re a good worker, papers don’t matter’: How a Trump construction crew has relied on immigrants without legal status - The Washington Post

For nearly two decades, the Trump Organization has relied on a roving crew of Latin American employees to build fountains and waterfalls, sidewalks and rock walls at the company’s winery and its golf courses from New York to Florida.

Trump Paid Over $1 Million in Labor Settlement

In 1980, under pressure to begin construction on what would become his signature project, Donald J. Trump employed a crew of 200 undocumented Polish workers who worked in 12-hour shifts, without gloves, hard hats or masks, to demolish the Bonwit Teller building on Fifth Avenue, where the 58-story, golden-hued Trump Tower now stands.

The workers were paid as little as $4 an hour for their dangerous labor, less than half the union wage, if they got paid at all.

As Trump pursues mass deportation, his businesses again seek foreign workers

    April 14, 2025

While President Donald Trump and his administration reiterate the need to “hire American” and crack down on both documented and undocumented immigrants alike, his company is again seeking seasonal foreign workers for one of the luxury resorts he still profits from as president.

The request from Trump’s business comes days after his administration released a raft of new seasonal work visas, fulfilling a request from a group that held a fundraiser at another Trump resort less than two weeks earlier.

The timeline demonstrates how Trump’s company benefits from special interest spending aimed at influencing his administration, while it also takes advantage of his administration’s policies.

Trump's the guy who wants to arrest criminals, yet is a criminal himself. He's just a walking talking con and grifting liar. He's the typical "Do as I say, not as I do" man.

    Fear Sells
Fear is 90% of MAGA's issue
Scared to truly compete without nepotism/privilege/etc

They have absolutely NO INTEREST in Equality
They want their privilege and favored position - they want to grow it wider

CBP allegedly lied to a U.S. citizen, claiming he has no constitutional rights at a port of entry. If this story is accurate, then CBP either has personnel who do not understand the law or is being directed from the top down to ignore it. If so, no one is safe from CBP’s unlawful tactics at ports of entry.

The superintendent of the Winooski School District was recently detained by immigration authorities, according to an announcement from district officials.

Chavarria, who is a naturalized United States citizen, was born at a refugee camp in Nicaragua.

The Winooski School Board hired Chavarria as superintendent in May 2023 and he assumed responsibilities two months later.

Chavarria told board members that he was separated from his husband and "subjected to abusive interrogation" as well as "treated in a manner that is deeply disturbing and unacceptable," according to the letter.

In their email, which was sent to WMTW sister station WPTZ, Winooski School District officials said Chavarria was held in custody for more than five hours.

Vermont Secretary of State Sarah Copeland Hanzas spoke out about Chavarria's detainment, calling it "unconscionable" and "a terrifying reminder of this administration's agenda of denying due process."

“You feel like you’ve been abducted by a gang of aggressive, violent people who are trying to manipulate you and who are lying to you. And while you are being abducted, you know that these people are capable of doing anything to you because they don’t care," Chavarria said.

“I asked whether I was being detained, and she said 'You’re not being detained,'" Chavarria said. "I said, 'Then can I go?' And she said, 'No, you may not go.'"

"When four of them were in front of me, standing while they had me sitting down, they said that I do not have rights, that my constitutional rights don't matter at a port of entry and that I should stop talking about rights," Chavarria said.

When Chavarria asked to make a phone call, he was told "'No, we're not going to do that, give us a phone number,'" he said. "I said let me access my phone so I can give you a phone number, and they said 'No, just tell us. Why won't you tell us?' But, like, people don't just memorize their contact list."

During the interrogation, Chavarria said the unidentified individuals attempted to threaten and manipulate him into giving them access to his professional devices, containing information about students in the Winooski School District.

“I was threatened with being referred to the FBI. The FBI was mentioned multiple times," Chavarria said. "They also threatened to stain my record so I would never get a job again. They also threatened with an extended detention if I didn’t give them the passwords to the student information or to my district files."

Chavarria said when he was released, a plainclothes officer "shook [his] hand and said that he admired [Chavarria's] resilience and the fact that [he] was protecting student information." Chavarria said he felt dehumanized by the comment.

Despite making it back to his husband, Chavarria said he's come out the other side a different person than the one who first landed in Houston.

“I just don’t feel safe here," he said. "I feel like I’m being told over and over that this is not my country, that it doesn’t matter that I’m a U.S. citizen, I do not belong here.”

Chavarria said he has still not been given any reason for the interrogation, but he has learned his Global Entry has been revoked.

He said he is working with Vermont's federal delegation to get answers, but shared concerns about pressing too hard out of fear of retaliation.

"I don't want to poke the bear; I do not trust the people in charge right now," Chavarria said. "I don't want to make them any angrier at me, because I fear for the safety of my family. I fear for the safety of everybody around me."

WPTZ has contacted CBP for a request for comment about the incident, and was told the agency is working on a statement.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of Americans who probably think it's funny to see gays and immigrants tortured, imprisoned, and raped. There's a few in here that seem sick enough to be like that actually. I put them on ignore a long time ago with their gay bashing and homophobic and racist tweets they tag each other with for fun.
