In a self-funded, $10.5-million project, the Houston Rockets are replacing the 17,000 bowl seats inside their home arena of Toyota Center. The new seats will “feature a black sports-weave material,” which will represent a noticeable change relative to the venue’s current color scheme of red.

 

Hopefully those seats will be full every game and the color scheme won't matter.

 

If the Rockets could get away with Jalen Green's non-dribbling tail... I think Houston will be OK.

Although I would like to add another veteran guard. However, I guess there is no rush at this stage of free agency. Stone can talk to agents and GM's and see if anyone shakes loose. The Westbrook's, CP3's, Gary Payton's, Melton's & Malcom Brogdon's of the world will still be there. My guess the only reason they haven't signed with the Rockets yet because Houston has a lot of minutes committed to other players ahead of them on the depth chart. They probably would like to go to a team where they are guaranteed more minutes.

 

They need to dim the lights by courtside / club seats so you can’t see if it’s empty. Lakers do it.

 

I was skeptical of the jump in this guy's 3-point percentage last year. I thought maybe he benefited from LeBron and then Luka drawing defenders and setting him up. But checking the stats, I see he actually shot better in Brooklyn than in L.A. So now I'm even more puzzled.

Sengun, Smith and KD are all the same height not sure when Sengun became a 7 footer he was only 6'9 during predraft.

Didn't realize DFS had the same insane measurements as Amen. Of course he doesn't have Amen's athleticism, but it makes sense why he's such a good defensive player who can guard up so well.
