    Melton is slightly taller than Hummel and definitely faster than Hummel. Melton would have gotten it.

    Nah it was a 2-2 count. Just went back and checked to make sure I wasn’t tripping.

    He threw two curves that broke barely out of the zone down then a third curve in a row for a strike. Took all of them. Then threw a 4 seam at the top of the zone and he took a huge rip at it fouling it off…then threw literally the exact same FB in the same spot and velocity.
