This is why people hate politicians, you just voted yes to something you know will be bad for the people who voted you in to look after their interests..............and then go pander to your constituents that the bill is bad, why......you think that will make them be OK with this? You're screwing with people`s lives and I hope they vote his ass out

unfortunately, he knows the voters he screwed over won't hold him accountable...MAGA cares more about being loyal to their daddy Trump than losing healthcare, SNAP benefits, their rural hospital closing, etc

Josh Hawley would get 100x more heat if he were to have voted against this bill

The music has stopped for the Green New Deal scam artists. A great thing!

Level the playing field for ALL energy producers. The only fair, market-based way to serve American consumers with the lowest cost, most reliable forms of energy.

    GOOD DAY

You aren't leveling the playing field cuz in the same bill you added subsidies for coal while adding extra taxes for renewables. Why do you continue blabbering stuff you have no idea about? You are not intelligent so please stop talking about stuff you dont know.

In 50-60 years future generations are going to laugh at us for the morons we are. We completely capitulated the future to china to double down on expensive dirty coal.

I brought the largest Medicare fraud case in Houston history which netted the government 120 million dollars only to turn around and commit Medicare fraud myself.

Amazing critical thinking skills you have. Keep it up I'm sure you're going far in life

    A lot to unpack here.

    1. Are you pretending you are a lawyer now? You brought a case? Lawyers bring cases. Is this a case of stolen valor against lawyers? Most people try to distance themselves from lawyers -- not you!

    2. You are dramatically overstating your role in the Medicare fraud case. Didn't you simply point out an expense? The hard work was done by others. With respect, none of us who have read more than 2 of your posts would believe you to be capable of leading a $120 million fraud case.

    3. Are you admitting above to committing Medicare fraud? Is that wise to say?

Lawyers file cases, people bring cases to lawyers. I have no trouble believing that @astros123 saw fraud occurring and brought the case to law enforcement, exposing the "biggest Medicare fraud case in Houston history".

You can read up about the case. The investigation was started by me in Houston and then we expanded it nationwide and was the largest mental health whistleblower case in American history. I still am friends with alot of people who work at the DOJ from the case.

    3. No i was mocking how braindead @Space Ghost is. I made bank from the whistleblower case. I would have no reason to commit fraud when I was already blessed with money.

122 million dollars is alot of $$

Run a simple Google search - do whistleblowers get paid? Answer - yes, we have federal and state laws on the books that incentivize people to identify fraud and other illegal conduct and bring it to the attention of the government, so that the government can investigate and bring suit. And the prosecution of companies engaging in fraud benefits society.

    Don’t be dumb.

most people expect the Fed to cut rates in the next FOMC meeting in Sept, but not so fast

here are 3 reasons that there may be no cuts this year

    1. 90+ days after liberation, still no trade deals of significance, adding more uncertainty
    2. [Big beautiful bill] sponsored by the Tangerine Musolini adds 6 trillion dollars in debt

Sounds like the types Trump pardons.

Trump has granted pardons this year that have wiped out over $1 billion in debts owed by wealthy Americans who have committed fraud and broken the law.”

He has a knack for pardoning Medicare fraudsters, as he guts Medicare in claims to weed out fraud. Hypocrite. There are probably more than these examples....

In May 2025, Trump commuted the sentence of
Lawrence Duran, the owner of a mental health care company, American Therapeutic Corporation (ATC), was sentenced today to 50 years in prison for orchestrating a $205 million Medicare fraud scheme,

In December 2020, Donald Trump commuted the sentence of Philip Esformes, who was serving a 20-year sentence for a $1 billion Medicare and Medicaid fraud scheme.

In 2020, Trump commuted the sentence of Judith Negron, who was convicted in connection with laundering $83 million in Medicare payments.

Trump also commuted the sentence of Salomon Melgen, a Florida eye doctor who was serving a 17-year prison sentence for defrauding Medicare of $42 million.

In January 2021, among his last acts in office, Trump granted pardons to Todd Farha, William Kale, Thaddeus Bereday, Paul Behrens, and Peter Clay, former executives of WellCare Health Care of Tampa who were convicted of Medicaid fraud.
