2025 MLB Draft

    Not too bad for a player who was really only playing in his first year. I'll bet you his strikeout rate fell as the year got later. He didn't appear to have bad strikeout issues in the college WS.

    I may be overrating Frey. But I really like this pick and can see him moving quickly through the system.

    What I really like is 4 out of the last 5 years he's either been on a state championship or college WS winning teams. 3 out of those 4 years he was the best player on his team. This is debatable on this years LSU team but he was at least in the top 2-3 players on the LSU team.

    I really like that pick too. Super high ceiling player, underrated athlete, upward trajectory, appears to be a winner. Main yellow flag for me is injury history. So if he stays healthy I expect him to be a really good prospect.

    I would be shocked if he ended up as good as Corey Julks. But at least he hits lefthanded
