It’s weird because a big reason Houston got bounced was because of your guy Jalen Green and his inability to put the ball in the hoop.
KD has been a great player in the league. My concerns are about health and durability. Pro players crowding forty are high risk. If he can stay upright, he will add a lot, but if he is injured for long periods, the team will have a huge hole.
Right. I personally like the long, athletic and defensive mindset along with shooters. Having lineup of 6'7 to 6'11 players with 7 ft and up wingspan being able to play multiple positions all over the court will always beat that BS philosophy he's talking about.
Not sure where to put this, but are the Rockets pretty much limited to just 14 active players? Plus the 3 2-Way players they'll have, I'm no cap expert for the NBA, but how close are the Rockets to the 1st Apron & being Hard Capped, again don't have any idea how the NBA Cap works, I know the NFL cap, just not the NBA.
Since they have said they look at KD like a SG, I'm curious if/when they'll run a Monstars lineup this season. PG: Amen 6'7 SG: Durant 6'11 SF: Jabari 6'11 PF: Sengun: 6'11 C: Adams 6'11
Would love to see that in small amounts during moments where we have a lead and absolutely have to maintain it. 2 out of 5 shooters would make it a rather crowded paint, but it would be fun to watch.
Could get burned by small opposing lineups with two fast guards and a lot of shooting, but against the right matchups, that would be really fun
Thats like a normal team back in the day lol. Even when I think of the KG Celtics, Ray Allen was the only reliable 3 pt shooter.
New Houston Rockets star Kevin Durant underwent thumb surgery recently, NBA sources tell PaperCity. The very quiet surgery — which no outlet has reported on till now — is considered minor and a source tells PaperCity that Rockets leadership “did not give it a second thought” after the team’s doctors looked at x-rays of the thumb. Thank God nobody listened to you Mobley would have been the mistake. The guy is just as soft as Jalen honestly. U draft Mobley, u don't trade for Sengun It's not like Green was a bust. He wasn't. You can't be a bust and be the center piece for a trade involving Kevin ****ing Durant Stone made the right pick
Alot of Tracy McGrady Vibes from Kevin Durant. Tracy McGrady Secret knee surgery without the Rockets knowing. Bad Vibes and got traded to the Knicks.
If the Rockets drafted Mobley, Sengun being drafted is a maybe. Evan Mobley was a Center in the Draft. Great move putting him at PF. He is more of a Stretch Forward shooting 3s. Not really a go to player in the Playoffs.
He was the DPOY. Sengun and Mobley would fit together just fine. The “centerpiece” of the trade for Kevin Durant has absolutely no value. The Suns checked in with every team in the league to see if they wanted him, because they don’t.
