Cooper is longer than I thought, damn he will be a very nice player. It’s crazy how awful we’ve been and still didn’t get a 1st round pick but Dallas and San Antonio did.
One of the more interesting prospects. Dude could either be a bust or a turn out to be a gem. I feel like after Yi Jianlian the NBA has been down on Chinese prospects but maybe Yang can bring that back. It is nice to see that Jokic is such an inspiration for big guys to develop other skills outside of being big.
He looks nice, I like his game. Too bad he will have to play year round and his body will break down.
No doubt. Looking back, bulking up and adding weight was probably not what a big man with a history of foot issues should have been encouraged to do.
Their whole population in general. Guess we'll see if they have gotten smarter but honestly I expect Yang to be playing year round for even minor tournaments.
Yeah. Been frustrating for sure but they've done a great job (outside of Jalen and Cam) of finding guys who fit the expectations and or culture that Udoka would eventually come to establish. I think with all the picks they had there are only 2 or 3 picks I would have made differently.
I hope I'm wrong, I like what I saw of Yang's game, he actually seems to resemble Jokic but with more mobility. He seems to be an in-between Jokic's size and Sengun's mobility. Need to see more but he might be the true baby Jokic if he develops. I'm interested in seeing how he pans out, I just wish he was in the east.
