Just a reminder- this ass hat on his way to throwing a Maddux against us gives up a 52% hard hit rate and we are playing against him with nerf bats.

I have a feeling the medical staff didn't perform any imaging at all on Meyers. He said he felt tightness yesterday. How in the world is he cleared? We have a damn off day tomorrow too.

Cruz has 3 years of team control left.

I don't even know if we have enough to even offer for him.

They were running on bailing wire and gum. They need actual MLB talent out there instead of these Sugar Land scrubs.

I would put Diaz in the scrub category right now. He's ass juice.

I fully expect the indians to win the game tonight and I fully expect Rangers sweeping as well. If I had money to bet, I would bet it on that. I love the Stros but definitely have this gut feeling we're heading into a prolonged slump.

He put up 2.5 bWAR last season (career high) and on pace for less than 2 this season. He strikes out a **** ton too…I think you’re overrating him

Brandon is pitching well today. I don't think 1998 Randy Johnson would be able to win with this lineup.

I mean- he’s at 1.2 war which is pace for 2.0 war which is literally MLB average regular. But ok.

He has tons of loud tools and athleticism. It would take a lot to get him.

"Right now" must surely be the part of the sentence to focus on.

    Post ASB

    SS Pena
    3B Paredes
    2B Altuve
    RF Smith
    1B Walker
    DH Caratini
    C Diaz
    LF McCormick
    CF Dubon

We just need to figure out how to go 3-3 on this home stand.

He’s 26 with significant MLB experience and he has a 33% K rate. If some other team wants to overpay they can go for it then.

Joe has to go with his best relievers the rest of the way with the day off tomorrow.

King, Sousa and Abreu should be the choices.

Keep it to 2-0 and get Christy Mathewson out of the game sooner rather than later.

Nah…I don’t think y’all do. Randy Arozarena had 2.5 years control when he was traded last season. He’s a superior player who has excelled in the playoffs before. Look at what he was traded for…

He hit the game winning home run on Saturday. He hit another home run on Sunday that was important. He has 1 of our 4 hits today. I’m confused- what am I supposed to consider right now for this analysis? His last AB? He’s raised his OPS 30 points in the past week or two

He hits RHP pretty well. That’s our kryptonite. I’d give them Matthews and melton and a couple of the AAAA guys from the law firm for him. I doubt they’d take him.

Well he's not even on the market, lol.

Speculation that's he is not necessarily untouchable at this point, but that's about it. We'll see if a bidding war ensues. Dumbass Yankees could always be dumb once again at the deadline.
