This is a 1/2 MLB 1/2 AAA team.

It's gonna catch up to you eventually.

This Guardians lineup couldn’t hit **** before coming here. Now they aren’t missing anything. Doesn’t matter who is throwing, the velocity, pitch type…

Could this be achilles? Calf injury leading to achilles like Haliburton or Lillard?

About him being out for the year? Yeah. I think upon reflection though if it’s an Achilles it’s likely to end his career. Jake Meyers with compromised athleticism is basically worthless.

yea if the astros don't be careful, meyers might tear his achilles. with the amount of running and jumping meyers do, they need to let him heal properly.

Astros handling of injuries is embarrassing at this point and has dampened an otherwise good run so far. Astros medical staff is looking very incompetent right now.

Shutout 8 times in barely a month of play.

It was the most inept offense in MLB history for the past 35+ games.

    Until Monday.

I should just go ahead and turn this off to avoid the inevitable frustration of this game.

And can’t believe we just lost Meyers likely for an extended period if not the rest of season. Somehow this season has both been a magical season and a season from hell at the same time…truly unbelievable
