Krypto has been around since the 1950s. Jor-El was testing ships for sending Kal-El to earth and used their pet dog Krypto as a test subject for a prototype. Unfortunately, Krypto's rocket was knocked off course and got to Earth after Kal-El, but they found each other and the rest is history. Krypto is the reason I'll watch this one and I suspect many feel the same. Also, a good movie would be about Krypto reaching Earth before Kal-El and how people would deal with a Superdog without any other context.
Like his reviews and started the video at 8:10 Seems like if you like a Guardians of the Galaxy type of movie you will probably like it.
Zack Snyder Batman/superman reactions was way way worse! Gunn got off easy in this modern day climate lmfao
Watched it last night and really enjoyed it. Corenswet and Brosnahan are perfectly cast just wished the film gave them a bit more time together. Its colorful and doesn't bother with trying to stay grounded, this goes full comic booky in terms of the world and characters. The action is fun although nothing we haven't seen before. The "Justice Gang" is fun but all three characters are pretty thin with little development, some of their stuff could have been cut for my taste. The stuff I had the main issues with is they still can't get Luthor right with Holt being like a grab bag of different versions but he's never believable as a calculating genius. The story is also overstuffed which kind of loses focus on Superman especially during the middle of the film. Still, the wife and I had a lot of fun with it, solid B+ for me.....
Nope, Gunn went the other way entirely.....this is light, funny and pretty entertaining, never taking itself overly seriously.....
That is how he killed it in Guardians of the Galaxy which is an AMAZING Film I expected more from this Suicide Squad So I was not sure where this would land between them Rocket River
